111 Eighth Avenue, a 2.9 million square-foot landmark property, is one of New York City’s largest buildings, located at the intersection of Chelsea and the Meatpacking District. Our Versa windows, combined with custom light shelves, were incorporated into the design to harvest natural light and project it into the interiors, enhancing the building’s energy efficiency and creating a brighter, more inviting workspace while preserving its historic architecture.
